Ian Hanley & Will Thompson
Originally from New England, Ian now lives in Harrison with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. His transition from finance to construction felt natural, allowing him to bring discipline, teamwork, and strong communication into his daily work. Outside of Ideal Siding, Ian enjoys coaching youth hockey, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Will’s roots in the area run four generations deep, with his family long settled in Mamaroneck. After years of adventure and long-distance cycling around the world, he returned home to focus on serving the community he knows best. Will brings a steady, detail-oriented approach to every project and enjoys hockey, biking, trail building, and skiing when he’s off the job.
Ian and Will combine their knowledge, clear communication, and hands-on craftsmanship to deliver a renovation experience Westchester homeowners can trust. They manage every step of the process with care, keeping projects organized, crews coordinated, and clients fully informed.
