Two Levels of Warranty Protection
There are two different warranties associated with every siding project: workmanship and material.
This covers the quality of our installation. If there’s an issue caused by improper installation, such as a piece of siding falling off, we will repair it for free, ensuring your home remains protected.
Provided by the siding manufacturer, this covers the siding materials themselves. If a material issue arises, we may guide you in submitting a claim directly to the manufacturer.
These warranties are universal across all Ideal Siding locations in North America, and we require each of our franchisees to honor this commitment, providing the same high level of customer service everywhere.
