A close friend, once a siding installer, saw his income slashed in half after the 2007 housing crisis, struggling to support his family. Shocked by the huge gap between what companies charged homeowners and paid their crews, I knew we needed a change.
Utilizing my computer science and finance degrees, I revamped our business model to ensure homeowners paid 30% less while crews earned over 50% more. This successful strategy, first implemented in Vancouver, is now expanding across North America through our franchise system.
