Meet The Owner
Michael Jaffe
Michael and his family moved to Charlotte in 2015, first settling in Sherwood Forest and now calling Kingswood home. They stay active in the community by supporting Special Olympics programs and high school soccer, and they love taking advantage of Charlotte’s family-friendly neighborhoods, great food scene, and easy access to both mountains and beaches. When they’re not working, you’ll often find Michael, his wife, their teenage son and daughter, and their rescued shih tzu enjoying pickleball, spending time with friends around town, or traveling together.
Before joining Ideal Siding, Michael spent years helping community colleges across the country build apprenticeship programs. Now a licensed General Contractor, he brings that same passion for trade skills, craftsmanship, and community impact into every project. He chose Ideal Siding for its strong partnerships, technical support, and the opportunity to build a business rooted in Charlotte.
