Elric Froute
Elric moved from France to the Boston area in 2011 and has called several local neighborhoods home over the years, including Cambridge, Beacon Hill, Belmont, and now Somerville. He loves the character and history of New England, which reminds him of Europe and makes the region feel truly special. Elric and his partner Leda, who is also invested in Ideal Siding, enjoy a blended family with three adult children building their own careers across Somerville and France. Outside of work, he’s a foodie who loves wine tasting, movies, and the occasional video game session.
Before joining Ideal Siding, Elric spent many years in consulting and professional services where he honed a strong customer-focused, consultative approach. Those skills now help him guide homeowners with clarity, transparency, and genuine care throughout their siding projects. He chose this path because he wanted meaningful, hands-on work and the opportunity to spend time outdoors improving homes across the region. Elric is proud to help preserve the beauty and longevity of New England homes for decades to come.
