Ian Hanley & Will Thompson
Ian, originally from New England, now calls Harrison home, where he lives with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. His shift from finance into construction allowed him to apply his strengths in organization, communication, and teamwork directly to helping homeowners feel supported throughout their projects. In his free time, he coaches youth hockey, mountain bikes, hikes, and enjoys the outdoors with his family.
With four generations of his family rooted in nearby Mamaroneck, Will has deep ties to the region and a strong appreciation for the communities across Fairfield County. After years of long-distance cycling and travel, he returned home ready to serve local homeowners with the same detail-driven care he brings to every aspect of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, biking, trail building, and skiing.
Ian and Will offer Fairfield County homeowners a renovation experience grounded in professionalism, transparency, and true craftsmanship.
