Julian Cha
Julian has called Richmond home since 2008 and has lived in many of its iconic neighborhoods, including VCU, Jackson Ward, Church Hill, The Fan, and Forest Hill. He loves the city’s character – from the James River and the VMFA to favorite local spots like Sub Rosa and Byrd Park. Community involvement has always been a big part of his life, and he stays active through volunteer work and participation in the F3RVA fitness group. At home, Julian and his wife are raising their family and enjoy music, traveling together, and teaching their kids new skills. Richmond is where he has built his life, and it’s the community he feels grateful to serve.
With a background in healthcare, business, and community development, Julian has spent more than a decade focused on helping Richmond families improve their quality of life.
